ARIN policies typically do not have expiry dates 
because if there is need for a policy to "expire"
this can be accomplished by changing the policy.

Since the policy requires the applicant to meet
the requirements of the existing IPv4 policy, it
interits the limits inherent in that policy. One
of the main limits is the time required for ARIN
staff to analyze an application an make a decision.
They are not likely to greatly increase the number
of allocations as compared to historical levels.
