I'm glad I used the names then, I had the policy identifiers
reversed. So, yeah, I'm for the one that made it to last call.

Yeah, the difference between "doing" and "qualifying for" is not
great. It's just that having overcome the inertia of not doing it
means you are relatively more, umm, worthy.
As the two choices were that close, something so slight is all it
took to sway me between the two.
