Could be.  Ahh, if you refer to a meeting in Perth, it was probably 
in a session that I had a conflict with.  (I missed the Policy SIG 
meeting for a DNS thing.  This came up when I was looking for follow 
up to an action item from the Hanoi meeting.)

Either way, I think 2005-8, is okay, with the change (away) from the 
word "guidelines."  Whether or not the "ruts" in prefix size will 
appear or remain, it won't be because of this policy.
