I just noticed that the current registration services agreement
(version 9, 4/7/06) includes text which appears to allow ARIN to
modify the RSA at any time and without notice. This mutability seems
unreasonablity biased in favor of ARIN.
>From the 3rd paragraph, downcased for readability:
"...ARIN reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, with
or without notice to Applicant. Changes will be effective after being
posted on ARIN's website for 30 days, and will be applied to all
applicants or persons receiving services. Continued receipt or use of
the services constitues Applicant's acceptance of the changes. ..."
Does anyone else find this objectionable?
