This is an impediment to growth, as the business can't justify
their existing space usage to graduate to more without involving
potentially muliple humans at multiple ISPs. The problem of
inappropriate use of WHOIS data is not solved by obfuscating
some of the data.
The bad guys hide. The good guys operate transparently. That's
served us all collectiveely very well over the years.
