[ppml] IPv6 PI Assignment Survey

Thanks for doing this.

Two places with possible ambiguities :

- Questions

2. I support an IPv6 PI assignment to any organization which  
qualifies for an IPv4 assignment.
and
3. I support an IPv6 PI policy which requires other criteria. (Other  
than any IPv4 assignment)

are not mutually exclusive. (For example, I support a IPv6 only  
assignment policy for networks
without a IPv4 footprint.)

So I answered "yes" to both.

- Is a minimum assignment the shortest prefix or the smallest block  
allowed ?
(and the obvious inverse for maximum)

I assume smallest block.
