[ppml] A technical request (regarding AAAA for chia.arin.net)

Thanks, Ed. We took note of the discussion earlier on namedroppers and are 
already pursuing this. For future reference, DNS related requests should 
be submitted to whatever the RNAME email address is for our zones. 
Currently, that is bind at arin.net.
