The deadline for issuing statements of support for this petition is 2400
Eastern Time, March 16, 2005.

If the petition is successful, the policy proposal will be numbered,
posted online for discussion, and presented at the upcoming Public
Policy Meeting in Orlando.

If the petition is not successful, the policy proposal will be
considered closed.
