The current 4.4 text refers to micro-allocations of v4 addresses (no  
longer than a /24) and v6 (no longer than a /28).  Whether the same  
mask lengths are used is perhaps up for debate, but I think any new  
policy should refer to v4 and v6 when applicable.. and I think it's  
applicable in this case.
