[ppml] Proposed Policy: IPv4 Micro-allocations for anycastservices

This policy only refers to V4 when mentioning /24 and /22's.  What would your suggestion be to make it applicable to V6?

In principal, I support this proposal.  However, wouldn't it make  
sense to incorporate it into the existing 4.4 as just another  
justification?

If not, then I'd like to see this text expanded slightly to be more  
in line with the current 4.4 text; for example, reference v4 and v6  
allocations.
