If the webcast would have worked for me (local problem here it seems, as
all others seemed to have no probs in joining the stream) I would have
asked the voters about how many are representing ISPs, how many vendors
and how many organizations which would benefit of PI. That would have
been an interesting number.

What were the actual voting results?

Why that? What sense would that make?
