Michael and all,
Another good point Michael! Still contact information of some
sort is necessary. However making such contact information
not publicly available in a whois look-up is easily achieved.
Yet RIR/ARIN staff's of appropriate sort will/should be able
to view said contact information...
A maximum of privacy protection should be provided the
resource owner/holder that is technically possible...
