Leo, this is an excellent effort and I couldn't have said it better myself.
Please proofread it.  (For example, networks have borders, while boarders
are either living in your colo space or participating in winter sports).

I'll send you my other proofreading notes under separate cover... No need
to pollute the list with minor corrections.
