I agree that there has not yet been sufficient time, however, I also think 
that maybe ARIN should be the source of any statistics, rather than 
informal polls.  It would be nice to get information pushed from ARIN to 
the decision makers and input system (IE us).

For this case # of allocations under the 2002-3 (or specific policy 
section) over time would be very helpful.
