Indeed Team Cymru is doing a great job. Even though ARIN
doesn't have a system in place, RIPE has RIS (http://ris.ripe.net)
Next to that another very important one is Netlantis
which takes another angle into the RIS setup and they
even share a Route Collector, see http://www.netlantis.org
Netlantis is, in part, sponsored by RIPE. Next to that
another important one is ofcourse William Leibzon's
Completewhois at http://www.completewhois.com/

For IPv6 I have been showing the problems at the last
couple of RIPE meetings in Amsterdam using my GRH tool
which can be found at http://www.sixxs.net/tools/grh/
Gert Doering has been doing anomaly checking for quite
some time longer and has also been presenting that at
the various RIPE meetings.

What I personally would rather see is a global list where
these problems can be discussed. Usually I notify people
directly but I'd rather see a mailinglist where people
who want to get notice of these problems can join and
get it. NANOG, though globally watched, doesn't have a
complete worldwide audience for instance and is revolving
around the US and not around Asia or Europe.
