So in doing research on who has in-addr data avail
it seems that

ripe, apnic, lacnic make zones avail
on their FTP site.

According to sources, RIPE and APNIC have
full data avail


It seems that ARIN is the only RIR that is
currently not providing this data and is
making it difficult to get this data.


Maybe ARIN should be less red-tape policy
 and more community in some areas.
