Information about the early registration transfer project is
available at:

  http://www.arin.net/registration/erx/index.html

All of the AS numbers were transferred last year. Recently,
129.0.0.0/8 has been the focus of the project and the transfers
associated with that /8 have been completed. RIPE NCC reported
the results of this transfer to the Database Working Group at
the RIPE meeting last week and has the approval of their
community to move forward with additional transfers. APNIC and
LACNIC are also working very closely with ARIN on this project
and transfers within several /8s are expected to be completed
within the next few months.

Best Regards,

Richard Jimmerson
Director of Operations
American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)
