Yup, that's why no policy is necessary in this regard.

Mmm, you're right.  The explicit no-paperwork clause was in 2002-5.

2002-6 also doesn't explicitly not require dancing clowns on my lawn.  If
I'm writing policies, I try to keep them succinct.
