Not exactly something that one commits to memory, is it?

question about something, then you should ask them.
I have found them to be very responsive.

it seems like a graded scale and it's really a matter of how do you
slice and dice the increments in the scale.

P.S. In any case, the IPv6 addresses don't cost anything at all,
so it is more a matter of how heavly, on average, they expect
that you will use ARIN's services.
P.P.S. the minutes of all the ARIN member meetings are up on the
web, so you might even be able to find the answer by trawling
through there looking for the finance committe reports whenever
fees have changed.
