[arin-discuss] ARIN spammed us with "talk to the hand" ?

A notice which said "it has been reported about these vendors: x, y,  
z" and here is the contact information "...-... name at blah" or  
something would that would have been useful.

Saying that "it might have happened from some unspecified vendors, and  
if its happening to you then you should go chat with unspecified  
parties" is completely lacking in content.
