Mailing lists are more accessible and used than the meetings.

No requirement to be heard has ever been stated that you had to go to
a meeting physically to have your opinion on the table, your needs,
wants, and discussions aired.

It isn't 100 little ISPs, it is 100 ARIN members.  Size matters not,
we all supposedly have the same valued vote.
