[arin-discuss] Food for thought: IPv4 accountability.

Chicken and egg problem.  No one wants to support IPv6 in their app 
cause there aren't any customers, and we can't push out IPv6 to our 
customers cause there isn't any content to access.

That sad part is the that OS's that run under Plesk and Cpanel all FULLY 
SUPPORT IPv6!
