[arin-discuss] Co-op?

Before answering that question, I would have to know what kind of co-op are we talking about? Is it a co-op that provides cable service and is looking to add internet service? Is it a co-op that is a representative organization of a group of users and/or small businesses who are looking to establish an organization to provide local internet access? etc.
