John et al. - please elaborate further on how, exactly, you plan to communicate the upcoming shutdown to port 43 users.

There’s some confusion here, since this is a consultation and I work for you…  i.e. the question is really back to you: “If this were to proceed, then how exactly would you like ARIN to communicate an upcoming shutdown to port 43 users?”
