Correction…

Under the previously stated disenfranchisement proposal, and the already published 2022 fee schedule, end-user member organizations
are being coerced into membership whether they want it or not, and as a result, the board is attempting to create a new category of
membership specifically designed to disenfranchise them by default.

They will all be members, whether they choose it or not. The question is whether they will be disenfranchised^wservice members or
voting members.

But a larger pool of potential members will come with the End Users who will be eligible to become members but it is hard to know how many will want to be engaged. Nor can we tell whether a mandate to vote to stay a member may engage more members.
