Since the POC and Org handles won't be reused/released; should there also
be a process to allow for "un-archiving" or at least keep it as a
possibility for a year after archiving is implemented?
I can't see many cases where this would be needed given the generous time
frames for validation, but in the event it should arise it may be less
resource intensive to un-archive a POC/Org.
