Hi Ruediger,

Thanks for looking in to this. Two questions:

1. What's the current status of ARIN RPKI with respect to relying
parties and contracts? Are relying parties still obligated to accept a
contract of adhesion in order to gain access to ARIN's RPKI data?

2. What's the current status of ARIN RPKI with respect to legacy
registrations? Is it still the case that legacy registrations must be
brought under one of ARIN's registration services agreements (also
adhesion contracts) in order to participate?

(an adhesion or boilerplate contract is a contract where the terms and
conditions of the contract are set by one of the parties, and the
other party has little or no ability to negotiate more favorable terms
and is thus placed in a "take it or leave it" position)

Regards,
Bill Herrin
