[ARIN-consult] Community Consultation on Increasing the Size of the ARIN Board of Trustees

+1 to David's comments and question. 

Also, is this likely to result in a noticeable increase to ARIN's travel budget? Or will the existing amount of travel likely be spread across the larger board?
