  As the IANA Stewardship discussion is ongoing, it remains unclear 
  what requirements (if any) that will be ultimately placed on the 
  organizations involved in IANA oversight in any capacity, thus 
  making it rather speculative consideration for purposes of setting 
  the direction for ARIN's fee structure (at least at this time.)
