[arin-announce] Delayed Opening Today — Online Services Remain Open

Due to inclement weather in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, 
staff will have a delayed arrival of three hours into ARIN's office 
today. The main office and Registration Services Help Desk will open at 
10:00 AM ET. ARIN's online services are operating normally, though 
responses or the processing of resource requests may be slightly delayed.
