[arin-announce] Delayed Opening 27 January — Online Services Remain Open

Due to inclement weather in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, 
staff will have a delayed arrival of two hours into ARIN's office on 
Tuesday, 27 January. The main office and Registration Services Help Desk 
will open at 9:00 AM EST. ARIN's online services are operating normally, 
though responses or the processing of resource requests may be slightly 
delayed.
