[arin-announce] Maintenance Work Successfully Completed

Maintenance work within ARIN Online has been completed and all ARIN 
systems are now operating normally.

ARIN's provisioning systems have now been transitioned from ARIN 
Headquarters to a nearby co-location facility to take advantage of local 
connectivity options with a more robust and highly available environment.
