[arin-announce] NRPM 2013.3 – New Policy Implemented

On 18 June 2013 the ARIN Board of Trustees adopted the following policy:

   ARIN-2012-2: IPv6 Subsequent Allocations Utilization Requirement

A new version of the ARIN Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) has been 
published to the ARIN website. NRPM version 2013.3 is effective 24 July 
2013 and supersedes the previous version. NRPM 2013.3 contains the 
implementation of ARIN-2012-2. ARIN-2012-2 added to the criteria under 
which LIRs/ISPs can qualify for subsequent allocations.
