[arin-announce] Board Action: LRSA Extension and Bylaws Changes

The ARIN Board of Trustees has extended the availability of the Legacy 
Registration Services Agreement (LRSA) in order to allow additional 
organizations to participate. Legacy number resource holders now have 
until 31 December 2011 to enter into a Legacy RSA with ARIN. Any 
organization or individual in the ARIN service region holding legacy 
Internet number resources not covered by any other registration services 
agreement with ARIN is invited to sign.

In addition, the ARIN Board of Trustees adopted two bylaws changes at 
its meeting on 22 November 2010. These changes are:
     >Added a clear definition of the Compensation Committee
     >Clarified how it may be determined that the President is 
incapacitated, and the succession process when this incapacitation arises
