On 1 July 2009, ARIN made a Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI)
pilot program available to the community. The service will allow various
ISPs that receive resources from ARIN to start evaluating the emerging
RKPI standards from an operational perspective. It also provides a venue
for feedback for ARIN as well as the standards community.

The pilot program has four components; it:

* Enables ARIN members to request certificates for their IPv4 and IPv6
Provider Aggregatable (PA) resources.

* Allows ARIN members to manage Route Origin Authorizations (ROAs)
for their PA address space.

* Provides a public repository of certificates and ROAs.

* Handles key rollovers and revocations.

To participate in the pilot program, you can do two things:

* Request an account at https://rpki-pilot.arin.net and experiment
with the application.

* Participate on the mailing list arin-rpki-pilot at arin.net. Subscribe
at https://web.dev.arin.net/participate/mailing_lists/index.html

This is a non-production service. ARIN will strive for 24/7
availability, however unknown issues or problem reports may necessitate
unannounced outages of the service. If you are unable to access this
service, please wait for a period of time and try the system again later.

Additional information about RPKI is available at
