Have you made your arrangements yet to attend ARIN XVI, which will be
held back-to-back with NANOG 35, at the Hilton Los Angeles / Universal
City in Los Angeles, CA? The ARIN XVI Public Policy and Members Meeting
will take place from October 26-28, 2005, and NANOG 35 will take place
from October 23-25, 2005.

This meeting will also feature an ARIN and NANOG joint workshop, titled
"Getting Started with IPv6," this will provide technical, hands-on
guidance in setting up IPv6 on your own laptop and practical instruction
on the basics of implementing IPv6. The workshop is targeted at
engineers and network administrators from both ISPs and SOHO/Enterprise
networks. Participants should already have a basic knowledge of IPv6.

special opportunity. In addition to the packed meeting agenda, there
will be tutorials, the Open Policy Hour, a great social at the Lucky
