[arin-announce] Sign Up Now: Present Your Policy Ideas at an ARIN BOF

Based on input voiced during the ARIN XI meeting, ARIN will host
a Policy Proposal BOF on Tuesday, October 21, from 6:30 - 7:30 PM
in conjunction with the Chicago ARIN XII meeting.

Meet informally with your peers to present your idea for a new
ARIN IP assignment or allocation policy or to propose a change
to current policy. Solicit feedback that will help you refine your
proposal and determine if you wish to move forward and make a
formal proposal in accordance with the "Internet Resource Policy
Evaluation Process" found at: http://www.arin.net/policy/ipep.html

Note that none of the presentations or discussions at this BOF
will appear on the official meeting agenda for the October 22-23
Public Policy meeting, nor will they appear in the meeting minutes.

How to Participate:

(1) Send an e-mail to memsvcs at arin.net by October 6, 2003
 with your name, organization, and a general description of
 your proposal

(2) Create a five minute presentation on your idea and
 prepare for 10 minutes of audience discussion/exchange
