SUBJECT:  Nominations for ICANN Board of Directors - Nominee Acceptances
Required

As previously stated, any ARIN member or other interested party may
forward a nomination for the ICANN Board of Directors 
to ARIN for consideration by the ARIN NomCom, who will in turn forward a
qualified list of candidates to the ARIN Board of Trustees.  The email
address of the nominee must be provided.  All nominations are due by
midnight EST on Friday, February 23.

All individuals nominated by another person must confirm their acceptance
of the nomination.  This will be done in the following manner:

1.  For all nominations received by memsvcs at arin.net PRIOR to Friday,
February 23, ARIN Member Services will contact the nominee via email and
ask the proposed nominee to confirm their acceptance of the nomination.

2.  For all nominations sent to memsvcs at arin.net ON Friday, February 23,
the nomination must include acknowledgment by the nominee that they would
accept the nomination and would be willing to serve if elected.
