New ARIN Registration Help Desk Hours

Since ARIN's inception, the Registration Services Help Desk has been
available between the hours of 8AM and 7PM EST, Monday through Friday,
to assist with registration questions.  Starting Monday, February 12,
the Help Desk hours are being expanded to begin at 7AM and end at 7PM EST.
