I agree completely, however, everything must be addressed step-wise, so we 
need to have PGP available before a proposal to remove mail-from could be 
entertained.  And I suspect that removing mail-from will be considerably 
more controversial than adding PGP.  SO they're best de-coupled, I 
believe.
