If this is true, then the search engine folks need to fix the problem that
they are creating. (Yo, ARIN ... time to start talking with the search
engine folks!!!!)

The policy is a good one. Its not perfect, and it will mean some issues will
have to be delt with.

If you wanted everything to be perfect and work as is out of the box ... why
would you want to be an Engineer?  :)


Adapt/improve/enhance

A number of people have told us that name based hosting affect placement on
search engines.  They basically say that search engines does not recognize
host headers.  Have you heard anything on this or do you know of any plans
for search engines to comply with the new name based hosting policy?
