It has come to my attention that there may be a lot of bad information in
many of the network number "ownership" records.  At least some of this has
occurred due to database rot under NSI's watch.  (One of my records has
been amazingly corrupted from at least three sources and NSI has been
amazingly unable, as usual, to have a human come on-line to fix it.) 

Somebody is going to have to expend some money to fix these.
