ARIN

I have made a few minor modifications to the ARIN proposal.

These modifications include:

7 member Board of Trustee, 5 voting members and 2 non-voting ex-officio
members.

15 member Advisory Council members with terms listed.

The maintenance fee for individual (end-site) assignments and ASNs
will be $50 per year.
