[dbwg] Org ID question

We're trying to decide whether or not to enhance our SWIP application to take advantage of org IDs.  Currently we resend the customer information on subsequent reassign-detailed templates because we do not save the org _D.  However, it seems that ARIN is able to recognize that the company was previously registered even without the org ID.  Can you tell me what information you use to make that decision? Name, address, city, state, zip, and/or country?  Thanks.
