FW: Do rejected SWIPs look different?

Good idea, we don't need to read the ones that go 
through, only the rejects.  I look for the word
'unable' in the current rejections.  But it
wouldn't hurt and might even help to add something to
the subject line.  How about appending "REJECTED" to the
end of the current subject line.

I was hoping to see more discussion on this on the list. ARIN Engineering
can implement this. However, it is something that we would need community
consensus on. I imagine there are companies out there that would not like
us to change the header, or may need advanced notice of the change. Does
anyone else an opinion on this?
