Administrative contacts | "one" or "one or many"?

Hello Michael, Ginny, et al.,

ARIN *absolutely* must allow member-organizations to have multiple
administrative contacts - with no ceiling. Large and small providers alike
must be allowed to plan for future turnover without jeopardizing future
communication between themselves and ARIN.
