Ted, Like many if not most of the registrants, I have the privilege or representing both legacy and non-legacy interests. I can confidently say that if we have anything to say about the matter, ARIN will exercise as much patience as is needed to get the job done. I can say with similar confidence that as we are also non-legacy registrants, we have quite a bit to say about the matter. George, No fishiness; just a lot of competing interests. Its a good step in the right direction, but its not the last step. There are several ways of adjusting this draft to get it to serve all of us. Now that we have the draft as a base for discussion, we can start to think about which wa we want to jump.
