Hi You might find the following useful in terms of a breakdown by country code for IPv4 distribution: http://resources.potaroo.net/iso3166/v4cc.html (This uses the country code as provided in the RIR's statistics files reports which does not always correlate to the actual country of end use of these addresses.)
