As far as we use, we just use MS IIS in which you can manage the site
certificates for the v-hosted sites just like any other certificate SSL it's
still just a V-Host, and the client side see only the specific site.  I can
attach a screen shot if you have never seen V-Hosting with IIS, its really
quite simple.
