I hope folks will see this is a no-brainer. 

ARIN is the only RIR that has a working, *useful* micro-allocation policy
for "golden" networks. As I believe the IPv4 guidelines have served both
ARIN and the community well, I feel extending these guidelines to IPv6 is,
again, a no-brainer.
